BlockTrain offers users the flexibility to create personalized workouts by utilizing a variety of existing exercises or crafting their own. This feature enhances the app's versatility for different fitness regimes.

Presently, the app accommodates three distinct workout formats: EMOM, For Time, and Tabata, each equipped with its own tailored display screen.

 <li>EMOM: An acronym for "every minute on the minute," this format involves performing a designated exercise at the start of every minute for a specified duration. The app facilitates this type of workout by providing a clear view of the current exercise along with a countdown timer for each minute.</li>
 <li>For Time: This straightforward format features a countdown clock accompanied by a list of exercises. Upon completion of the workout, the app records your overall time, enabling users to track and compare their performance against previous sessions.</li>
 <li>Tabata: Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that includes short bursts of exercise lasting 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. The app effectively supports this timing structure to maintain the intensity required for this training methodology.</li>
